Every apartment is delivered fit-out ready with hardwood joinery, honed stone surfaces and full-height glazing. The Fully Furnished Package (required for rental-program enrolment) adds soft goods, kitchenware and appliances.
Two ways to earn.
Owners can enrol any apartment in the ANGA Management Program, operated by TikiTiki - Zanzibar’s most experienced beachfront rental operator. Choose short-term (holiday rental) or long-term (annual lease). The numbers below are gross projections based on an average of all unit types; net figures are stated after the management fee.
Holiday rental program
Daily-rate bookings via TikiTiki's direct channels and global OTA distribution. Modelled at 65% annual occupancy.
TikiTiki management fee: 30% of gross rental revenue. Yields shown are net of management fee and include the impact of 65% modelled occupancy.
Annual lease program
Fixed annual lease to single tenant. Lower headline yield, lower operational variance, near-zero owner involvement.
TikiTiki management fee: 12% of gross rental revenue. 30 owner-use nights per year included free of charge.
